The resident community of bottelnose dolphins<\/strong> living in the Sado estuary and surrounding maritime zones is the greatest expression and also the living proof<\/strong> of the extraordinary natural heritage<\/strong> that caracterizes this perfect match between river and sea. The fact that it is the only community residing<\/strong> in an estuary in Portugal makes it particularly interesting, in such a way that, by studying the behavior and habits of these dolphins, we are closer to understand the dynamics of the complex ecosystem at the mouth of the Sado river.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In close cooperation with the ICNF, our team<\/strong> takes an active role<\/strong> in the study, monitoring and protection<\/strong> of these unique dolphins in Portugal as well as their habitat, investing in a pedagogical approach in which the client<\/strong> is challenged to know their particularities<\/strong>, threats and habits, while a behavioral interpretation<\/strong> is made on each observation.

A comunidade de golfinhos roazes<\/strong> residente no estu\u00e1rio do Sado e zonas marinhas adjacentes \u00e9 o expoente m\u00e1ximo e tamb\u00e9m a prova viva<\/strong> do extraordin\u00e1rio patrim\u00f3nio natural<\/strong> que caracteriza este casamento perfeito entre o rio e o mar. O facto de ser a \u00fanica comunidade residente<\/strong> em estu\u00e1rio em Portugal torna-a particularmente interessante, de tal modo que, ao estudarmos os comportamentos e h\u00e1bitos destes golfinhos, estamos mais perto de compreender as din\u00e2micas do complexo ecossistema da foz do rio Sado<\/strong>.<\/p>
