Estuary Experience

This program’s main goal is to discover the inside of the estuary of Sado, and it takes around 3h00. Firstly, we sail towards the Tide Mill of Mourisca, where we make a stop (around 30 minutes) to visit the mill and enjoy the balcony and the surroundings. After the stop, we return to the Estuary central zone, in order to watch the Island of Cavalo (a Paradise full of water birds – resident or migratory). In the last part, we continue to the Palafitic Pier of Carrasqueira (the biggest and most emblematic in this estuary), and then we return to our marina, passing close to the Roman ruins of Tróia, near Caldeira.
